PSeMu3 v1.3.6 Released!

Hi Guys,
currently working on some auto update function for our
PSeMu3, here is a pre version which additional adds new server codes.

• New PSN Server Codes added.

This Release is mandatory for generating PSN Codes, please update as the old version could generate wrong codes which doesn't work!
